Cardox consultants work as if they are your own employees. Our consultants are team players and have no problems working with others in achieving a common goal. We are able to work with your resources by letting them focus on what they do best. Cardox consultants will oversee other essential activities such as project management, risk assessment, safety, training, etc.

If I buy or have existing equipment, can I engage Cardox's services?

If I purchase equipment directly from the manufacturer or distributor, can I still engage Cardox?
Certainly. Cardox advocates that you buy your own equipment. However, you may wish to consult us and review your purchasing needs before committing your order. Our consultants are fully capable of studying your requirements so as to provide you with an unbiased recommendation. After you receive your equipment, you can engage Cardox for either services, consultancy or training needs.

I have a project requirement, what's next?
Once you contact Cardox via email (info@cardox.net), a consultant will respond to you within 12 hours. Depending on your requirement, we will advise you on how we can proceed to conduct a site visit. Please provide us with as much information as you can in your email.

Why is a site visit important?
A site visit is the most important step to assess your actual requirements. A complete site study by our consultant will enable both you and us to establish the problem and proposed solution clearly and professionally. A site visit generally takes 1 full day for each location. Cardox will not undertake a job without conducting a site visit.

If you had done a site visit previously, do you need to conduct it again?
Yes. A site visit is essential for every new project as all projects have unique situations.

Do I have to pay for Cardox to conduct a site visit?
Depending on your location or circumstances, this may be waived. Our site visit is comprehensive. Our consultants are on-hand to review, discuss and recommend options and suggestions with your management and engineers. All of Cardox's consultants are technically and operationally competent in their assessment. What you won't get is a salesman - Instead, you get honest answers that help you make better decisions. All you need to do is to provision for the costs incurred for our transportation (air, land or sea), lodging and a nominal processing fee. Payment has to be received via Bank Telegraphic Transfer (TT) before we can commit a consultant for the site visit.
